Last night i went to bed a bit late. I didnt sleep until 12 pm. I finally fell asleep but i had a nightmare. I cant remember what it was, but one thing for sure that it made me sad and tired psychologically. I woke up many times. At 5 o'clock I woke to call my Girl, but she didnt pick up the phone so i went back to sleep.
I got up at 10 in the morning and took a shower.
Today was pretty much a day i would call a BORING day.
Anyone knows how to get rid of this?
